Roger Dhillon

Roger Dhillon is a technology executive who leads engineering, platform and AI organizations in regulated industries. Most recently he was VP Technology at Neilson, leading a 60-person organization across platform engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity and corporate systems in six countries, and he designed the operating model and governance for production AI there. Before that he built and scaled an 80+ engineer organization at Episource (acquired by Optum), embedding security and HIPAA, HITRUST and SOC 2 controls into engineering workflows, and led cloud engineering at MGM Studios ahead of Amazon's acquisition. He is available for fractional CTO, VP Engineering and Head of AI engagements, and is the founder of ShipReady Metrics, an AI readiness and governance scoring platform.
