David Okonkwo served as General Counsel of Aldermane Capital, a fintech lender, where he built the legal, compliance, and governance functions from a single contractor into a 14-person team spanning regulatory, employment, and corporate work. He steered the company through a $140M Series E, two acquisitions, and an SEC inquiry that closed with no findings, and he chaired the audit-committee relationship that institutional investors repeatedly cited as best-in-class.
