Tom Castellano

Tom Castellano is a dual general counsel and operating leader who has spent nearly three decades at the intersection of law and operations, most recently as General Counsel and COO of Fairmont Yards, a consumer goods company, where he ran legal, HR, and operations and led the company through a $310M sale to a strategic acquirer. Over his career he has closed more than 30 financings and acquisitions, built compliance and governance frameworks from scratch, and twice served as the executive who kept the trains running while founders focused on product and vision. Earlier, as VP of Legal & Operations at Stagwood Provisions, he built the legal function and the company's first real management operating cadence. Tom advises founders and boards on governance, exit readiness, and the GC-COO role.
