Robert Hayashi

Robert Hayashi is a seasoned operator with three decades running industrial and manufacturing businesses, most recently as COO of Harborline Industrial, a $400M revenue manufacturer, where he led an operational turnaround that restored EBITDA margin from 6% to 20% over four years. He renegotiated supplier contracts, introduced lean manufacturing across five plants, and rebuilt the leadership bench by promoting and coaching a dozen plant managers. Earlier, as VP of Manufacturing at Glenmoor Components, he led the build-out of two greenfield facilities on time and under budget. Robert advises CEOs, boards, and PE sponsors on operational turnarounds, lean transformation, and building durable management systems.
