Sarah Lindqvist is a COO who has run operations for logistics and supply-chain businesses for over 25 years, most recently at Verdant Logistics, where she oversaw a 600-person operation and rebuilt the order-to-cash process to cut cycle time 40% while lifting gross margin 11 points.
