Jasmine Carter

Jasmine Carter is a people and culture executive who has led HR through rapid scaling at consumer and technology companies, most recently as Chief People Officer at Lumen Tide, where she grew the people function alongside a doubling of headcount to 1,100 and lifted manager-effectiveness scores 22 points through a homegrown leadership-development program that cut manager-driven attrition by a third. She rebuilt the performance and promotion process to be calibrated and transparent, and led the company's compensation philosophy through two funding rounds. Earlier, as Director of People Operations at Marrow & Finch, she built the first HRIS and onboarding systems.
