Amira Haddad

Amira Haddad is a talent and recruiting leader who has built and scaled hiring functions across high-growth technology and consumer companies, most recently as Head of Talent at Cobalt & Reach, where she led the team through 400 hires in a single year while holding time-to-fill at 38 days and offer-acceptance above 90%. She rebuilt the interview process around structured scorecards, trained 120 hiring managers, and lifted the share of underrepresented hires in engineering from 14% to 29%. Earlier, as Director of Recruiting at Linden Park Media, she stood up the company's first employer-brand and university-recruiting programs.
