Robert Halloran

Robert Halloran spent nearly three decades in corporate finance and treasury, retiring as SVP and Treasurer of Stonebridge Industrial Group, a $4B manufacturer. There he oversaw a $3B liquidity portfolio, ran the company's bank syndicate of 14 lenders, and led a 2021 refinancing that lowered annual interest expense by roughly $40M. Earlier he served as Director of Treasury at Calderon Steelworks and began his career as a credit analyst. Robert advises mid-market industrial and manufacturing companies on capital structure, banking relationships, FX and interest-rate hedging, and treasury operations. He is the kind of operator boards lean on when the credit markets get tight.
