Omar Haddad

Omar Haddad is a controller and accounting leader who has built and rescued finance functions at three growth-stage companies, most recently as Corporate Controller at Sandalwood Retail Group, an $80M omnichannel retailer. There he closed a two-year backlog of unreconciled accounts, implemented a new ERP, and delivered the company's first clean audit, which directly enabled a strategic sale. Earlier he was Assistant Controller at Brightpath Devices and started in public accounting at a regional firm. Omar specializes in the unglamorous but essential work of GAAP-compliant books, scalable close processes, ERP implementations, and getting messy companies ready for diligence.
