Professional Bio Dr. Ron McLerren is an executive leadership advisor, organizational development consultant, and coach with 40+ years of corporate and consulting experience. He specializes in helping executives and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership effectiveness, align teams, and improve business performance. Throughout his career, Ron has combined senior-level business experience with expertise in leadership development, organizational change, executive coaching, sales, and strategic problem-solving. His corporate experience includes serving as International Director of Sales for Black Box, with responsibility for major accounts including EDS, Hewlett-Packard, and Bank of America. His consulting and leadership work has also included organizations such as Macy’s and Merrill Lynch. Ron holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Depth Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
